Description

Tollgate House is a former toll house that has been converted into a residence. It dates from the late 18th century and features a timber frame clad with rendered tile hanging, along with an extension made of painted brick. The building has a plain tiled roof and is one storey high, with a hipped roof and a stack on the left side. The façade includes three glazing bar sash windows and one metal casement window in the extension to the right. A central boarded door completes the entrance.
