A barn, likely dating to the 18th century or earlier, stands 30 metres north of Bell's Forstal Farmhouse. The barn has a timber frame and is weatherboarded above a brick base. It is roofed with corrugated iron, with indications of a previously removed hipped mid-streys on its south side. A pair of steel double doors are set into the west side of the barn. The interior has not been inspected. The barn is listed for its group value alongside Bell's Forstal Farmhouse.
