Description

This is an early 19th-century house on London Road in Teynham. The house is constructed of red brick with a slate roof. It has two storeys and a projecting wood modillion eaves cornice to a hipped roof. Chimneys are located at the rear left and right. The front elevation features regularly placed windows: three glazing bar sashes on the first floor and two on the ground floor, all with gauged heads. A central half-glazed door is surrounded by a Doric pilaster, a raised frieze and a pediment. The left return front has one glazing bar sash to each floor, also with gauged heads.
