Description

Old College Cottage, comprising numbers 1, 2 and 3, is an 18th century or earlier building of red brick construction. It has a hipped tiled roof and casement windows. An external brick chimneystack is also present. The entrance features a simple doorcase within a wooden architrave. The cottage may have originally belonged to Cobham College, as suggested by a Land Tax Assessment of 1780.
