Description

The Duke's Head Public House is a late 17th century or early 18th century weatherboarded building that stands two storeys tall with an attic and features two windows. It has a high-pitched tiled roof that slopes down at the back, and an early 19th century hipped dormer is located at the front. The building has moulded eaves and projecting end chimneys. All the windows have been replaced with sash windows that include glazing bars in exposed frames, with those on the ground floor positioned under cornices. There are two modern half-glazed doors situated under bracketed cornice hoods. Additionally, there is a one-storey, one-window extension to the right.
