Description
Nos 21 to 25 on London Road are a pair of 18th-century buildings with a stucco exterior that conceals an older timber-framed structure. They are two storeys high and feature a parapet with moulded stucco coping. The roof has a broken ridge tile design, raised in the center and half hipped to the right. The ground floor has modern shop fronts, while the upper floor displays three widely spaced 18th-century sliding casements set in moulded frames with glazing bars. There is also a small tiled dormer in the center. The side elevation reveals exposed vertical half-timbering with plaster infilling on the ground floor, topped by tile-hanging above.
