Description

No 10 on London Road is an early 19th-century building made of stucco. It has two storeys, with a shop front on the ground floor and two sash windows on the first floor, each set in moulded stucco surrounds. The building features a stucco cornice band and a parapet gutter. The roof is covered with ridge tiles and is half-hipped to the right, with two flat-roofed leaded dormers. This building, along with No 12, which has been rebuilt, conceals an older gabled structure at the rear that faces Dorset Street.
