Description

No. 5 High Street is a 18th-century building with painted brick elevations, standing two storeys tall. It features 19th-century projecting boarded eaves and a Welsh slate roof with a painted stone plinth and a painted brick band. There is an oval brick panel on the ground floor, and a 19th-century panelled door set in a grooved frame with a bracketed hood above. The building has three early 19th-century sash windows with intact bars, and on the left side, there is a late 19th-century three-light casement window in a moulded wood frame. No. 5 is part of a group with Nos. 5 to 13 (odd).
