The rear elevation includes a brick lean-to extension with a staircase that has twisted iron balusters and a handrail. The garage, built by Imrie and Angell around 1926, has a brick ground floor with a painted front, three central tile-hung gables, and a square clock dated 1926 with a copper ogee head.
