Description
Nos 130 and 130A on High Street date back to the 18th century and feature a two-window facade across three storeys. The building is constructed of red brick with blue headers, and it has red brick quoins and window dressings. There are flat arches above the windows made of red headers, with central stucco voussoirs. A painted brick band runs above the first-floor windows, and the building has moulded projecting modillioned eaves and gutter. The roof is covered with ridge tiles and is hipped to the left, connecting with No 128 on the right. The ground floor has a modern shop front, while No 130A includes a recessed 18th-century panelled door with panelled reveals and soffit, flanked by rounded pilasters that support an entablature with a flat modillioned cornice. On the first floor, there are two tripartite sash windows, and the second floor features two square sash windows with painted reveals. All sash windows are fitted with glazing bars. Nos 128 to 134 (even) form a group.
