Description
Castle Farm Cottages is a two-storey, two-window cottage located to the west of Castle Farmhouse. It is largely from the 18th century, featuring a timber-framed core, with 19th-century additions and alterations. The cottage has a high-pitched, half-hipped tiled roof with a projecting end chimney. The right part of the ground floor is constructed from flint rubble with red brick dressings, while the remainder is made of red brick with a pattern of blue headers. The windows are modern casements.
Castle Farmhouse, the wall to the east, the garden boundary wall, and No 5 (Castle Farm Cottages) form a group.
