Description
Polebrook House is a restored timber-framed house, likely dating from the 16th century. It has two storeys and features three widely spaced windows. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The first floor is tile-hung, while the ground floor is constructed of brick. The windows are 18th-century casements with leaded panes. An ornamental lead canopy is situated over the front door. On the left side, there is a three-window return that has a door beneath a 17th-century hood supported by scroll brackets and square pendants. The house also includes modern leaded dormers in the low-swept roof at the back, along with other modern additions.
