Description
Dairy Cottage, part of a model farm complex associated with Hever Castle, was built around 1904 by Frank Loughborough Pearson. The cottage is T-shaped, exhibiting a timber frame construction with eclectic framing details, plastered infill, and herringbone brick nogging. The roof is tiled, featuring two brick chimney stacks, one of which is octagonal. The windows are predominantly mullioned or mullioned and transomed. A side elevation displays a four-light mullioned window with a five-light bay exhibiting elaborate carving, alongside a plank door. The rear elevation has six windows.
