Description

The stables to Hever Lodge were built around 1904 by Frank Loughborough Pearson and are part of the model farm associated with Hever Castle. The structure features a timber frame with plaster infill and has a tiled roof topped with a tapering central louvred cupola and weathervane. It includes three mullioned and transomed windows and two buttresses. To the right, there is a brick section that has two mullioned windows and a ribbed brick chimney stack. Inside, the stables retain some wooden stall partitions supported by iron posts, and the tack room is equipped with iron saddle rests.
