Goodwin's Cottage is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building located on Hartley Church Road. This cottage was home to the Goodwin family for five generations, with records of a Goodwin in the parish dating back to the 16th century in the Subsidy Rolls. The cottage has one storey and attics, is weatherboarded, and features a hipped tiled roof. It includes three gabled dormers, three casement windows, and a gabled weather porch.
