Description

The Coach House with attached wall and Nos 1 and 2 (Village House Cottages) are likely of the 18th century, though the slate roof is of the early 19th century, hipped and with a low pitch. Each cottage is two storeys high with a single window. The walls are of flint rubble with red brick quoins and dressings; segmental brick arches feature above the window and door openings. The windows are 19th-century casements, and the doors are plain planks. The north return has five bays, with stable doors in the fourth and fifth bays. The remaining elevations are similarly styled to the front, featuring top-hinged windows with glazing bars. Extending from the north-east corner is a length of flint rubble screen wall with yard gates.
