Description

No 66 Earl Street is a mid-19th century stock brick building that was part of the former Fremlins Brewery. It stands three storeys tall with a basement and features a slate roof with an eaves cornice. The façade includes three sashes with intact glazing bars and a plinth at the base. The original central doorcase is recessed and round-headed, complete with a semi-circular fanlight and pilasters, and is accessed by three stone steps. However, the original door has been replaced with a window.
