Description
Royal Albion is a pair of timber-framed houses dating from the 18th century, located on Havock Lane. The buildings feature an overhanging first floor supported by a bressumer and are arranged over two storeys with attics. The ground floor is mostly covered in weatherboarding, except for No. 23, which has a painted brick facade. The first floor is plastered, and the roofs are tiled. No. 23 has a half hipped gable with an attic window, and there is one hipped dormer present. The eaves cornice is coved, and there are three sash windows with intact glazing bars. Additionally, No. 23 has a modern public house window on its ground floor.
