9 Waterside is a timber-framed cottage dating from the 18th century. The front is plastered, and the first floor juts out on a bressumer and bracket. The cottage has two storeys and features two casement windows. It is topped with a tiled roof. This building has group value with Nos 60, 62, and 62A St Faith's Street.
