Description
Ansell Cottage is a timber-framed and plastered building located on Church Hill in Monks Eleigh. It features 18th-century external characteristics but may have origins that date back even earlier. The cottage is two storeys high and has a two-window range of casements with glazing bars. There is a central doorway, and the roof is tiled, topped with a large square chimney stack at the north end.
