Walnut Tree Cottage and Costa Plenty are a timber-framed building dating from the 17th to 18th century, which has been faced in modern painted brick and renovated. The building is two storeys high and has a four-window front, featuring modern casement windows. The roof is tiled and includes a central chimney stack. Originally, the building was listed as a block of cottages owned by E V Leeder, situated between Church Cottages and Hill Cottage.
