Lanes End is a mid-19th century brick building, painted and bearing the date 1850 and the initials “W F” on its front elevation. The building has a pantiled roof and two storeys, with a two-window front featuring horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars. It has external chimney stacks at each end.
