Description
This outbuilding, located approximately 3 yards north-west of Abbey Mill House, is likely a former malthouse that has been converted into a store. It has origins dating back to the 17th century. The building features red brick in English bond on the side facing the lane, while the long wall has a lean-to that is weather-boarded. The rest of the structure is plastered, and it has a plain tile roof that is set at right angles to the road, with a half-hipped design. There is a lean-to on the side that is away from the lane. The interior has not been inspected.
