Description
The building is a former stable located about 23 metres south-east of Orchard Dene, dating from the late 18th century. It features a ground floor constructed of red and grey brick in Flemish bond, while the first floor is weatherboarded. The roof is made of plain tiles and has a half-hipped design with a moulded fillet under the half hips. The front elevation has a regular arrangement of two windows, which are semi-circular two-light windows, along with two Diocletian windows on the ground floor. There is a boarded door on the first floor towards the centre of the rear elevation and a central stable door on the ground floor of the front elevation. Orchard Dene itself is not listed.
