A C15 wealden hall-house, timber-framed with plaster infilling. Consists of a centre and 2 projecting wings, their 1st floor jettied on the protruding ends of the floor joists and brackets and with curved braces on the 1st floor. Hipped tiled roof with smoke louvres. 4 casement windows. Left side lean to extension containing an old bread oven. The right side elevation has a ground floor of ashlar and 1st floor tile-hung. C17 ashlar chimneystack. Triple crown post roof.
