Description
Willington Place is a 15th century timber-framed house that has been restored. It has two storeys and attics, topped with a tiled roof featuring one gabled dormer. The gable is centrally located on the front of the house. To the right of the gable, there is a two-storey section that overhangs on the first floor, supported by the protruding ends of the floor joists. The outer window bay includes curved braces. To the left of the gable, there is a recess with one window bay, which also has a curved brace on the first floor, along with a projecting beam and bracket that support the eaves. Below is a modern gabled timbered porch. Following this, there is another window bay with a first floor that jetties on the protruding ends of the floor joists and features a curved brace. The house has five casement windows, some of which contain small square leaded panes. There is a stone chimney breast on the north wall and a smaller brick and stone chimney on the south wall.
