Description

This is a table tomb dating from the late 18th century, located about 25 metres south of the Church of St Mary in Sutton Valence. It is made of stone and rests on a stone base, featuring a moulded plinth and a corniced lid. The tomb has raised inscribed panels that are flanked by fluted pilasters with gadrooned bases. It commemorates Elizabeth Crispe, who died in 1796.
