Description
This is a well house located approximately 5 yards north of Harp Farmhouse. The walls date from the 19th century or earlier, while the fittings are from the late 19th or 20th century, and the roof is from the 20th century. The structure is timber framed, weatherboarded under the eaves, with rendered breeze blocks below and a slate roof. It is a single-storey building that is three timber-framed bays long. There is a door to the right of the center on the south elevation. Inside, there is a deep well at the west end of the east bay, and most of the original fittings remain, except for the horse wheel, at the time of the survey.
