Description

This building, originally a house and now serving as a shop and house, dates from the late 18th century. It is timber framed and weather-boarded, topped with a plain tile roof. The structure has two storeys and a garret, standing on a brick plinth. It features a moulded wooden eaves cornice and a half-hipped roof, with a central stack at the rear. The front has a regular arrangement of two windows, each fitted with 16-pane sashes. The central entrance consists of a panelled door flanked by two top lights, topped with a moulded triangular pediment that extends above a small canopied and trellised porch. The interior has not been inspected. A two-storey addition to the left is not included in this description.
