Description

Rose Villa is an early to mid-19th century house of two storeys and a semi-basement, built of stucco. It has a slate roof and a parapet with a moulded eaves cornice. The corners are defined by long and short quoins. There are three sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor windows have cornices and brackets, and a good cast iron balcony is present. A Tuscan porch leads to a flight of stone steps rising from the street.
