Description
Parrock Manor, also known as Old Manor, is a building that has been divided into two houses. The older part is the south wing, which features an 18th-century front but is likely older. It is two storeys high with attics, constructed of red brick and topped with a tiled roof. The south wing has six sashes with intact glazing bars and a doorcase with a flat hood above. There is a chimney breast located at the east end. The north wing dates from the early 19th century and is of a lower elevation, built from brown brick and covered with a slate roof that has an eaves cornice. This section has three sashes with intact glazing bars and a porch supported by Doric columns. Inside Old Manor, there is an 18th-century staircase featuring scrolled tread ends. Parrock Manor, Old Manor, and the Granary in the grounds of the Old Manor form a group.
