C17 timber-framed and cased in red brick with grey headers. L-shaped with first floor of west wing clad in tarred weatherboarding. String course at first floor level. Tiled roof. Casement windows. Lead pump with decorative motif against rear wall. Ingle fireplace, exposed framing and beams internally.
