Farmhouse, now house. C17, with C18 alterations and additions. Front range red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Rear range red and grey brick in an irregular bond to long left side, first floor of long right side clad with C20 wooden shingling. Plain tile roofs. Short C17 range, with double-depth C18 range (possibly with earlier core) at right-angles to right, forming T plan. C18 range: (now entrance front) 2 storeys. Hipped roof, hips returning. Multiple central brick ridge stack. Regular 5-window front of recessed 12-pane sashes spaced 2:1:2. Segmental heads to ground-floor windows. Panelled door within gabled C19 brick porch under stack. Rear range (C17): two storeys and basement, on galleted stone plinth. Plat band. Projecting eaves (higher than front range) on exposed horizontal sprockets. Hipped roof to gable end. Central brick ridge stack. 3 windows; two blind and one C20. Interior not inspected.
