Description
Clissold Cottage is a house built in the early 19th century. The upper part of the first floor is covered in tile-hanging, while the rest of the building features channelled render. It has a plain tile roof and stands two storeys tall on a rendered plinth, with a half-hipped roof. A central brick chimney stack is located just behind the ridge. The front of the house has a regular arrangement of two windows, each with 2-light casements. There is a central boarded door that is sheltered by a shallow-pitched wooden hood. To the right, there is a small two-storey brick addition from the 19th century. The interior has not been inspected. The cottage is listed for its group value with other nearby structures.
