Description

King's House is an early 18th-century building located on the northwest side of High Street. It has two storeys and attics, constructed of red brick with grey headers. The roof is tiled and features one hipped dormer and a parapet. The building has six sash windows with intact glazing bars, and five of these have architraves above them. Below, there are modern plate glass shop windows. King's House is included in the listing for its group value with Nos 16 to 24 (even), 24A, and Nos 28 and 30.
