Farmhouse. Probably C17, with C18 and C19 facade and alterations. Red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof. Lobby-entry plan. 1½ storeys. Hipped roof. Brick ridge stack towards left end, with rectangular central flue, and diagonally-set flanking flues. Small ridge stack towards right end. Two flat-roofed three-light eaves dormers between stacks. Two three-light casements with segmental heads to ground floor. Half-glazed door with segmental head under each stack. Two flat-roofed porches on slender columns. Short single-storey brick wing running forwards from left end of front elevation, with gabled plain-tile roof with same eaves and lower ridge than main range, gable- end stack, and canted bay window to right side with twelve-pane central sash and eight-pane side-lights. Two-storey rear addition to left, with brick ground floor, weatherboarded above. Brick rear lean-to to rest of main range. Interior not inspected.
