Description

This is an early 19th century building on the north west side of High Street, Sandgate. It is three storeys high, with a semi-basement, and is constructed of painted brick. The roof is hipped and covered in old tiles. The front facade features two sash windows with intact glazing bars. A doorcase on the right side has a flat hood with a dentil cornice, pilasters, panelled reveals, and a fanlight above a six-panelled door, accessed by a flight of stone steps. The side elevation is clad in weatherboard. The building forms a group with numbers 118 to 122 (even) on High Street.
