Description

This is an early 19th-century brick building on the north side of Welsh Row. It is two storeys high and originally had two sash windows. The ground floor now features a later canted bay window. A moulded wooden doorcase with a cornice hood supported on consoles is present above the door. The building has plain eaves and is tiled. It forms a group with numbers 100 to 108 (even) on Welsh Row.
