129 Welsh Row is an early to mid-19th century building. It is constructed of red brick and stands two storeys tall, featuring a gabled end facing the road. The façade includes two sash windows with plain lintels. The entrance has a simple doorway with a semi-circular head, a radial fanlight, and a six-panelled door. The building has plain eaves and is topped with modern tiles.
