Description

No 122 on High Street in Sandgate is an early 19th-century building with two storeys and a basement, finished in stucco. The hipped roof is currently covered with asbestos tiles. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor features a three-light canted bay window and an iron trellis work porch topped with a tent-shaped canopy. There is a rectangular fanlight above a six-panelled door, and a flight of steps leads up to the street. Nos 118 to 122 form a group.
