Description

This early 19th-century building is located on the north-west side of Milton Place. It is a three-storey-and-basement structure built of brown brick. Originally, it featured a brick pedimented gable, but this collapsed during a storm. The facade is distinguished by horizontal stringcourses and two sash windows with vertical glazing bars. A single round-headed window is present on the ground floor. A doorcase on the left side is characterised by a reeded surround. Numbers 15 to 19 on Milton Place are grouped together.
