Description

14 Milton Place is an early to mid-19th century building of three storeys, constructed of brown brick. It features a parapet and four cemented, fluted pilasters, with a rusticated ground floor. The building originally had three sash windows, although these have been altered. A round-headed doorcase is located on the left side. The property forms a group with numbers 1 to 8 East Terrace.
