Description

The Cottage, located at No 11 on the south side of Guilbcouiiip Labs, is a late 19th-century building constructed of yellow and pink brick with a tiled roof. It features eaves that are mitred and includes two modern dormers fitted with glazing bars. The ground floor has a casement window, also with glazing bars, and a modern oak beaded door. All ground floor openings are topped with segmental arches. On the Bowling Street elevation, there are four casement windows, each complete with glazing bars. The Cottage is part of a group that includes Nos 3 to 11 (odd) and Nos 2 to 18 (even) on Bowling Street, as well as No 32 Bowling Street and Nos 28 to 36 (even) on Delf Street.
