Description
No. 3 Guildcount Lane is a two-storey building dating from the 17th century. It features a combination of Dutch pink and yellow brick walls, with some flint incorporated into the design. The building has an eaves gutter and a tiled roof. The first floor is covered in cement, while the lower section is made of brick from the 18th century. The upper floor has two complete casement windows with glazing bars, and the lower floor has a complete box sash window. A wide battened door completes the façade. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 3 to 11 (odd) Guildcount Lane, Nos. 2 to 18 (even) Guildcount Lane, and No. 32 Bowling Street with Nos. 28 to 36 (even) Delf Street.
