Description

No. 36 Delf Street is a building dated 1709. The west side, facing Bowling Street, shows features from an earlier timber-framed structure, including a first floor that overhangs on a bressummer. The building has two storeys and a tiled roof, with two windows. The ground floor is plastered, while the upper section is made of painted brick and includes a stringcourse. The glazing bars are intact, and there are two small bay windows on the ground floor. The doorway features pilasters, a projecting cornice, and a six-panel fielded door.
