Description

This is a probably 17th century timber-framed building with a plastered front dating from the early 19th century. It has an eaves gutter and a tiled roof. The first floor has two box sash windows with complete glazing bars. The ground floor features a mid-19th century door consisting of four panels. A modern casement window with glazing bars is also present, along with a modern garage with a metal door. The building is part of a group which includes Water Lane House (Bowling Cottage), Nos 3 to 7 (odd), Nos 1 to 5 (odd) in Vicarage Lane.
