Description

The Central Stores is a house and shop dated 1758, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a moulded wooden eaves cornice and a kneelered parapet gable on the right side. There are two hipped dormers and a stack on the left. The first floor has two sash windows, while the ground floor includes two canted plate glass bay windows and a central glazed door. A date stone is located at the centre of the first floor, marking the year 1758. This building is included for its group value.
