Description

Petersham House is a late 18th century, three-storey building located on the south-west side of King Street. It features three windows on both the first and second floors and is constructed of painted brick. The building has a wooden cornice with dentils at the eaves. The glazing bars are intact, except for those on the ground floor. The entrance includes pilasters, a pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a six-panel moulded door. The roof is tiled. Petersham House is part of a group with Nos 38 to 54 (even).
