Description
Luckboat House is a two-storey, three-window house dated 1771. It is constructed of red brick with a wooden dentilled eaves cornice. The windows retain their original glazing bars. The doorway features fluted pilasters, a rectangular pediment, and a fanlight above a six-panel fielded door. The roof is tiled. Luckboat House forms a group with Nos. 38 to 54 (even) on King Street.
