Description

Two similar houses dating from the late 16th century, positioned with their gables facing King Street. Each house has three storeys and a single window on each floor. The windows lack their original glazing bars. They have tiled roofs and simple door surrounds. Number 44 has a six-panel door with the two upper panels glazed, while number 46 has a four-panel door with the two upper panels glazed. Nos. 38 to 54 (even numbers) form a group.
